Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist fixed income trading desk in trade capture, trade bookingand allocation, reconciliation, confirmation and settlement, and P/L valuation;
  • Generate middle office reports of Risk and P/L for management. Work with traders to ensure trades are settled correctly. Assist in monitoring risk of the trading books and booking of trades;
  • Interact with counter parties to ensure trade activity is agreed prior to settlement date;
  • Provide oversight of settlement and resolving escalated discrepancies and potential buy-in with custodians and counter parties;
  • Understand key business requirements that impact daily operation and closely work with internal teams to drive improvement; and
  • Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by the superiors
